1. Returns

• Due to the nature of our products (candles, room mists, and home fragrance items), we do not accept returns on used or opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.

• We only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

• You will need to provide proof of purchase and clear photos of the damaged item(s).

• Once your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

 

3. Refunds

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original payment method.

• Please allow up to 7–10 working days for refunds to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.

 

4. Exchanges

• We do not offer exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

 

5. Sale Items & Promotions

• Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.
