To enjoy your candle safely and make the most of its beautiful fragrance, follow these simple steps:

First Burn Matters

Allow the candle to burn until the entire surface has melted (about 2–3 hours). This helps prevent tunneling and ensures an even burn.

Trim the Wick

Before each use, trim the wick to about 5mm. This keeps the flame steady, reduces smoke, and helps your candle last longer.

Choose the Right Spot

Place your candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, fans, or open windows. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.

Burn Time

Don’t burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Extinguish it, let it cool, and relight when ready to enjoy again.

Extinguishing

Snuff out the flame gently instead of blowing it out to reduce smoke.

Reuse & Enjoy

Once finished, clean out the concrete container and reuse it as a décor piece, plant pot, or storage jar.

For your safety and the best experience, please follow these important guidelines:

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  • Keep candles away from flammable objects, curtains, and paper.
  • Always place on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Do not burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
  • Trim the wick to 5mm before each use.
  • Discontinue use when 1cm of wax remains to prevent overheating.
  • Do not move a candle while it is burning or while the wax is still hot.
  • Avoid drafts, vents, or ceiling fans to prevent uneven burning and excessive smoking.
